Delivery

All UK orders over £75 are shipped for free by Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm. We aim to send out all orders within 1 working day. Your parcel should be with you within 1-3 working days.

Your parcel is insured, trackable and will require a signature on delivery. You’ll be sent a tracking number after the package has been sent. 

For orders under £75 you have the option to choose next day or 3-5 days delivery with additional costs priced accordingly.

International shipping is available and delivery times vary depending on your location- around 7 working days.  Please do be aware that you may need to pay import duty and/or VAT on delivery. Rates vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer. Where applicable we declare pieces as "Antique Over 100 Years Old" for customs purposes which will in most cases reduce or cancel the import duties

Returns

Returns are accepted. Please get in touch with us at hello@florenceandnell.co.uk within 7 days of receipt and ensure the goods are returned within 14 days of your delivery. 

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please note all returned items should be sent back to us in their original packaging and we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, for your own protection. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

On receipt of the item, in the same condition as it was sold, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days

To arrange a return please email Joanne at hello@florenceandnell.co.uk quoting your name, address, order number and whether you require a refund or exchange. We will then contact you via email with how to proceed.
